Karen Nicholson

Karen is Nurse Practitioner Team Lead, managing the Day Unit and Liaison Team on Ward 3. Karen has worked on the ward for 5 years (2025). Amongst many other things Karen looks after the prescriptions for patients attending the Day Unit, including out-patient medication if patients are staying in Newcastle after discharge from the ward and before they go back home. She also works for the Anthony Nolan charity within the RVI at Newcastle.
